  2. Here’s a recipe for French toast with pear chutney and mascarpone. It only takes 20 minutes to prep and 45 minutes to cook and is sweetened with only two tablespoons of honey.
  3. To satisfy those sugar cravings and stay cool this summer, try these blueberry mint coconut water paleo popsicles! Sweetened with raw honey and blueberries, these are refreshing and satisfying, even though they’re only 50 calories!
